Here's another Tahan training at Lake Gardens. We gathered at 8am, with our rucksacks or bags. Most of us brought at least 6 liters of water to carry up the stairs. Actually you can bring along your dumbbell too. lol. (Chin Gian: Wei, that's my idea!)

So after some warm up exercises, we fired up our engines up the stairs like mad, again! Climbed up and went down. Then climbed up and went down again. We seriously had better performance than roller coaster. Dun play play!

Some of the uncles aunties there were curious why are we so semangat, cant help and asked :

"Training untuk apani? Mau pergi mana?"

"Tahan!" (We replied)

"Oohh.. Tahan.. I dah pergi 10 years ago."

"Wow..@_@" (Pro-nya.. aunty ni..)

After at least 10 rounds we climbed, we rested and discussed some stuff about Tahan. (XT: Who's carrying gas tong, who's bringing pillow, how to build water heater, blar blar blar.....)

We had sponsored Milo and buffet at the Park in conjunction with AmBank Family Day. Wahahah....
